So, I’ve plugged in my SCT Livewire to my new truck and I’ve been watching boost and OAR. I floored it earlier today and boost peaked to 16.96 psi. Guess that’s stock boost levels!

It will vary based on a bunch of things the computer sees. I've seen as low as 15 and as high as 19 during wide open throttle.

Yeah of course. Definitely interesting. I never saw my 2.7 when it was stock go above 15.5 psi. It usually stayed around 14.5
 
I'm at sea level. Literally.
And my digital (PID) boost gauge will save the high mark until a key cycle. So even though I would rarely be looking at the gauge during a WOT event, I can subsequently view the high mark.

Interestingly it's not always the same, so I too believe that there are multiple parameters in play that determines how much boost will be required to meet the torque request. The most common high mark is ~17psi, but there are times it exceeds the 18.0psi mark.

100% OEM calibration, but with blended fuel. (93+E85>~E20)

I put 6 gallons of e85 in the tank and the rest with 91 to make e20. OAR is at -0.94 now. It was on -0.36 on just 91 before.
 
I've noticed my KR is much more active in my 21 vs my 13. Where the 13 I knew exactly how it would act and effect my OAR, I can't predict when this 21 will change. It's a lot more precise. I'm on roughly 91-92 octane right now (I played with a tank of 90 rec gas previously) and OAR has settled at -.75

Ok, so I’m debating either Cobb exhaust or Corsa Sport. I like the look of both. I like the gurgly throaty sound of the Corsa.. one of the reasons I had bought it before. But I’m worried it’s too loud. The Cobb doesn’t have that burble, but it’s got a nice tone to it. Any thoughts?

Cobb. I have heard them on the newer platform, sounds great

High mount intercooler installed today! I did not need to remove the intercooler shutter assembly like the previous generations so that was nice. However I had to cut the radiator shutter assembly a bit in order to fit the intercooler. All in all, it looks amazing! I’m glad I chose black as I wouldn’t want to see the silver under there.
