What do you mean? You mean the air dam and intercooler shutters for the old intercooler? If that’s what you mean, then yes. I will put my license plate holder back on though so it kinda covers up the useless hole now.
 
I think he's talking about the active air dam. There's the air dam, then the one behind it that drops down a few inches above 40mph for better fuel economy. You can get a tremor front skid plate kit to totally eliminate the lower air dam.

What? The intercooler air dam? I did not know there was another air dam
 
It's all in naming differences but some newer F150 have a extending under bumper air dam operated according to vehicle speed. KM

It's easy to see if your truck is equipped with the active air dam. There's a rather hefty actuator on each end, as well as a multilayer dam itself.
Hmmmm I’m going to see if I have that.
 
It's 6 screws to remove the air dam if you ever need to. Really simple. You can remove the motors and just leave them unplugged and it'll leave a soft code, but won't set a cel. There's a way to turn the soft code off in FORScan.
