Don't do it's when it's hot or you will strip the threads. They have carbon build up. Might need to shoot a bit of wd40 down at the plug. LITTLE bit not a half bottle. Let them sit for a day and try again.

Put a touch of nickel or copper anti seize on the threads before you put them back in too.
