I went ahead and purchased some Nitto Ridge Grappler 275/70r18 for my 2015 Xlt 4×4 crewcab. I have an appointment tomorrow at my local ford dealer to install leveling kit and nittos. I was looking on nittos website last night and noticed they recommend rim width 7.0-(8.0)-8.5.
My 18" stock rims are 9" wide.

Will these tires fit on my 9" rim without any issues? I ordered online and don't wanna have to pay shipping for return. THANKS

I'm pretty sure I have a 18×9" rim. My truck is a 2015 f150 with 2.7l. It looks like they offered the 7.5" and 9" rim for this year truck.

I just looked at the factory sticker in the door jam and it says 18×7.5j
I measured the rim the other day and got 9" from lip to lip.

That's because wheels are measured from the inside bead to inside bead not outside to outside.
