you will need to sell private if you expect to get anything out of what you put in to it !
a dealer will give nothing for window tint, aftermarket wheels, stereo, any of that just goes into there pocket when they resell after giving you the base model value

i traded a 83,000 mile 2004 F-150 on my Eco and had Borla Stainless dual exhaust, leveling kit and a bunch of other normal upgrade stuff on it and they wouldnt even offer me book value toward trade
i wanted 2 grand more than they would give me but i cut my losses , licked my wounds and moved on.

When dealers see mods - it is my experience they think - this vehicle may have been rid h'ard and put away wet! IF you mod a vehicle you pays your money and takes your chances on trade - in. Sorry you could not get more for the truck.
