I’ve seen mentions of three sets of the BD’s failing. The problem is that you just don’t know if it’s due to a bad install or not.No manifolds proved that more studs work. I havent seen any reports on BD's or the new OE manifolds good or bad.
God, I need a set of those.... 🥹
That’s how I’m set up. Torrie has given me a part throttle clip that only allows a certain amount of torque with part throttle. If I floor it it’s like a whole other world. In my opinion, not at max effort. However, you'll have some flexibility and be able to make really good HP without pushing the turbos'. The tuner should just keep the bottom end torque tamed down for reliability.
looks great in there! thanks for posting the photosThey sure are a nice looking manifold!

Starting to sound like gearhead porn.Think there sexy on the computer screen, wait till there in your hands. 👌
If I did that before I replaced my wife's daily driver, I may just spend the rest of my life in the forest.... Because she would bury me out there 🤣
Yes just the passengers side one. Looks like the drivers side will clear. So you have to lose that lift bracket to use the formline manifolds? Good to know.

Here are the Workshop Manual pages for OEM manifold - does this help?I was also wondering if anyone had the torque specs and sequence for the formlines?
That's what I was going to pull, thanks. I will note that the gaskets on these seem to "settle" and it's actually worth the effort to check the torque on all the fasteners 4-5 times. just be careful not to over-torque.Here are the Workshop Manual pages for OEM manifold - does this help?
Look good! I'm not sure if you have to do the same on the 11-14's as mine were already removed. It's go time. And it needs to be noted there is a engine lift bracket that impedes the manifold to seat flush to the head on the 15-16 models. I don't know if Geoff knew this. 4 ouch..Ok, sorry, however long this gap is. I left me ruler and manifold in the garage. That is where every single one of my 4 manifolds leaked. Top of the rear most port
