In my opinion, not at max effort. However, you'll have some flexibility and be able to make really good HP without pushing the turbos'. The tuner should just keep the bottom end torque tamed down for reliability.
That’s how I’m set up. Torrie has given me a part throttle clip that only allows a certain amount of torque with part throttle. If I floor it it’s like a whole other world.

I was also wondering if anyone had the torque specs and sequence for the formlines?
Here are the Workshop Manual pages for OEM manifold - does this help?

It's go time. And it needs to be noted there is a engine lift bracket that impedes the manifold to seat flush to the head on the 15-16 models. I don't know if Geoff knew this. I was also wondering if anyone had the torque specs and sequence for the formlines? View attachment 186155

Look good! I'm not sure if you have to do the same on the 11-14's as mine were already removed.
