Seems high to me. You can buy brand new for $3000 more.

Depending on the miles that might be ball park for a Canadian one. I saw one locally (2012) with over 100k kms for over 30000.

Looks like a pretty typical price for the equipment & mileage around here (SK). That's why I ended up buying new. With the current incentives plus a little negotiating my '13 XTR with 302a package, max tow & tonnoue cover was $36k plus taxes.
