So after much debate and opinions from ya'll, I went with the Toyo Open Country AT II Extreme LT285/55/20 for my stock FX4 20's. They look mean as hell, can't wait to get them installed. Sucks I'm on a 7pm-7am work schedule and the tire shop is open 7am-7pm. FML. But anyways here they are sitting in my garage (dust like stuff on them is pollen, sh*ts everywhere right now).

they will look sweet mounted up but im stayin with the lower profile stuff as close to or smaller than stock so i dont loose any ass.
i put a set of heavy winter tires on just a size bigger than stock and could feel the difference in lost power immediately.

there is a long 4 degree grade about 2 miles up hill on my way to work and with the factory tires on i could cruise all the way up that hill in 6th gear as soon as i changed the tires it downshifts to 5th an 1/8 mile into the hill no matter how much i try to keep it from downshifting.

Thanks Econoob, they look so much better then the internet pictures.

Rio...I got for $1228 shipped to me(treaddepot) ordered on Friday, to my door Monday evening, and my tire shop will charge $89 for mount/balance/install. So I'm at $1317 total.

I hear ya Brian351w...these 33's I have now are painfully heavy, hoping to get back so power and MPG with near stock size.

i had no idea that was near stock,
mine came with 265/70-17 which i imagine being like 30" or maybe 30.5" and the winter tires i put on were closer to 31.7" and heavier deep lugs so i felt a big diff in performance.

huh, well I have never trusted ebay for high dollar items(just a personal thing I guess), but 1100 would have been nice. Is that with free shipping? All the other sites I looked at had them cheaper but tacked on shipping which was over the 1300 total i spent.

You can find some pretty killer tire deals online but I usually wind up paying way too much to my local place for the free rotation and balance and flat repairs and warranty and all that other "free" stuff they offer with their overpriced tires.

I've had those on my last truck, 305s actually. those extremes can take a beating like nothing I've seen on an AT before, you'll be impressed for sure.

I love these tires!!! Super quite and look killer. I'll try to post a pic tomorrow in the daylight. Perfect size IMO, and coming from shitty Federal MTs did I say how quite these are?!? Glad I spent the cash on them. I'm a Toyo fan now for sure.

Haha damn I can't spell. Yeah they have a very slight noise at speed but are butter smooth, ride great. Compared to a passenger highway tire yes they have a slight noise but are quiet for sure
