Not quite, I wasn't sure if I need to do something specific when replacing the Throttle body or not. I will perform this procedure when I replace it though.

This is to reset the existing 0-100 and helps relearn for throttle response.
For a new component, you disconnect the negative battery and jump from the positive to the negative wire (not post) to discharge all the capacitors. Then when done connect everything and let it idle for 20 minutes and get up to operating, then drive normally. Video HERE
I didn't worry about the battery when I did mine and it figured itself out.
