I have a new to me 2013 F150 with the Sync MyFord Touch. The problem is when I make or receive phone calls the sound only comes through the 1" tweeters on the A pillars and I can't understand anything. When I look at settings during a call, the fade is all the way to the front but the buttons are disabled. The radio, bluetooth music and usb all work fine when I'm playing music or using navigation. It's just during phone calls even if its connected with the usb. I've tried master resets on the sync and phone and forgetting and reconnecting devices. I'm out of ideas and would appreciate any advice. It's an Iphone 8 if that make a difference. Thanks in advance.

Welcome, by the way.
Just for the sake of process of elimination, can you try a second phone? It's so odd that all I can think of is eliminating one thing at a time.
If all phones do the same, you can at least get the phone off the list.
