Just for kicks....MMC, what does the weights sticker underneath the rear bumper hitch area read>" Can Tow Anything"?-lol
Here's mine on a 4x4 Off Road Pack / Max Tow / Payload Package / 5.5 box Boost.

How did you get HDPP with 5.5' box ? Or is that not what you have ?

Ark....mine is a step down from the HDPP.
MMC has heavier rates front & rear axles; spring pack front & rear, HDPP radiator has a few more cooling rows than the Max Tow with a stronger 7-lug rear axle.
It just goes to show how close the towing weight specs are between all F150 Ecoboosts with Max Tow & 3:73 gear set with real steel bodies.
In 2015 the F150 changed to the aluminium bodies with the HDPP's going back to the 6-lug axle like mine?-lol
Ford figured with a weight savings of aluminum at 700+#'s they didn't need the 7-lug axle anymore.
Those HDPP's came from the factory ready to tow heavy

Ya I knew all that except that there was a step-down payload package. I know in later years there is a 2.7 Ecoboost payload package.

But I win the unusual load of the day award with this one. Put my recently acquired Detroit 6v53T into storage in northern VT. Sure wasn't expecting it to snow middle of Oct...
More tongue weight than I would have liked but I was limited as to where I could put the 2000 lb hunk of iron on my trailer. But it handled it just fine.
