Nice canopy on the utility side of the sweet tiny house.
It's a sweet looking tiny palace. Only cost around 9x what mine did new 😳. He was literally unboxing water, electric, and sewer lines to hook them up. Looked like he knew how to maneuver one though.

The awnings aren't electric ?
I haven't taken a good look at the front, but the two in the picture I took appear to be just a pull strap with some sort of coil spring on the outer arms. You'd think for $140,000 it'd drive itself, park itself, and set itself up? All joking aside, they really are in a different class when you get inside one. My sister's 16' Bambi is pretty sweet.

Yes I have been in a big one. It was about 10 years ago. A friend's in FL. It was about 28', maybe longer. I forget what he said it weighed but I remember thinking I thought they were lighter.

Good looking truck though. 😉
That cheered me up. Was hoping to put it off for a bit yet. Oh well won’t be too bad to do at home with the service truck home.

It's pretty easy, especially if you already have the background.
Yeah, I just seem to be running low on time with running around for appointments lately. Might have to wait a week but it will get done shortly. Parts are in the toolbox in the garage.

I'm thinkin it wasn't the towed weight that blew the seal.
No probably not. The vent was probably plugged and it had already started leaking.
