I've noticed my truck's steering or suspension pops at full left lock whether going forward or in reverse. Doesn't do it at full right lock. Anyone else notice that, or have any ideas?

Toyota and Nissan do that and it is normal.
Is your turning radius less on the side that clicks or pops? If so the stop may not be adjusted properly.
Compare how far out the stop screws are on each side, I believe they should be an even distance out.

Had to take the wife's in to ford for the exact same thing. They lubed the front or so they said and in the couple weeks since return no more noise.
