I saw a truck that was clearly overloaded at the gas station and had to take a pic. Yours is at least as safe as you could make it.

Doesn't look like it would be overloaded to me. Unsafe maybe but probably not too much tongue weight and that's a small tractor.

All the junk in the bed plus 4 passengers that got back in it would be over payload by quite a bit.

None of the 4 that got in were small. So I'm making assumptions, but ive yet to see a 150 with a decent payload rating.
