My 2013 came with factory skid plates, metal under engine/front end and transfer case, but had the fiberboard under the Transmission. I ordered the transmission skid plate for RCI. It was NOT a direct bolt on. The front has to go under the front skid plate and there is a lip there to hold the front of the fiberboard. I had to use a cut off saw to cut off that lip so the skid plate would fit.

This is the lip that had to be cut off

This is the back of the front factory skid plate, where I had to cut the lip off from.

This is what I used to cut off the lip, air operated cut off saw.

Here is the finished installation.

Looks good, how is the quality? Care to share the cost for those of us like me who are to lazy to search it out?

Quality is VERY good, nice and heavy. Price was $230.00 delivered, I got the metal powder coated one.
