Hi all,

My truck and camper set up are in my signature.
My truck pulls my TT very well, but I was wondering what if any benefit I would get from adding airbagd to my rear suspension. I have had several trucks and SUVs over the years and have never modded the suspension. Do airbags transfer weight to the front axle? My Andersen WDH seems to do a great job of transferring the weight back up front, but would airbags accomplish this as well? Any help explaining the benefits of rear airbags would be great.

Thanks,

SPPD

Air bags won't transfer the load but just stiffen up the suspension, keeping the truck level with a heavy load. They work well if you have a load in the bed which is heavier on one side, you just increase the air pressure on that side.
