I bought an aftermarket lower front valance and splitter. Sadly, the install video was for a non turbo truck. I have gotten it as far as I can but I'm stuck on removing the shutter assembly in front of the intercooler. Do I have to pull off the bumper fascia?

Has anyone attempted this? I can't get to the bolts across the middle of the valance.

Thanks in advance

Cheers,
Alex

update I removed the front bumper and was able to access the darn bolts. I'm going to post something on American Trucks about it.

So, FYI for anyone.

Yes I have removed my intercooler shutters. You just have to bend them till you get one side out. They are very flexible.
