Good morning, friends!

After moving to Michigan and putting some miles on my truck, my stock tires that came with the truck are in need of replacement soon. I have decided on the BFGK02 in 275/70/18. I will keep my stock 2013 XLT chrome clad wheels.

Does anyone have a picture with the following configuration?

BFGK02 275/70/18 on XLT 18" chrome wheels with a 2.5 level

Also, can anyone tell me if these tires are available in an 8 ply? Looks like we'll be moving back to Texas this summer, so I'd like to retain some MPGs. 3.55 gears btw. I'm not sure what to expect from tires like this. All I know is that when I'm back in Texas I will be hitting up the beach and some trails in the Rio Grande Valley!

I plan on going to Discount Tire.

I have them, not on stock wheels. Stock wheels may be a touch narrow for the width. Supposed to be on 7.5+ inch width wheel. I like my KO2s in same size. They are ok in wet weather, but they honestly do't have the best traction in dry roads, the rear end will get loose easily, especially if tuned. They are great in the sand, we go to Padre all the time and haven't had a problem even though it's 2wd. I think they are all only 10 ply. I manage about 17-18mpg on stock tune with these tires and 2.5" lift. tuned, about 19 on the highway 75+ mph.

Haven't taken them on the sand but driving from WA to CA over Christmas we hit tons of snow and ice...these tires were amazing! The way they performed on the trip has made me a fan of these tires. I've since traded this in for a 15 Lariat and will be putting the KO2's on at the first opportunity.
I can't remember if these shown here are the 275/65 or 275/70's but at least it'll give you an idea of what it looks like on the 18" wheel with a 2.5" level.

Looks good. I am getting ready to pull the trigger as well, but I can't decide on stock size or a little beefier 285/65/18. Did you even consider 285? Any thoughts?

I did for a bit, but when I priced these out it just worked best. I plan on returning to Texas this summer. Maybe then, I'll regret the size, but for the time being these will do just fine. Came out to $1001 at Sam's Club.
