Roush Boost Gauge installed

I bought the column pod mount. Just trying to figure out the best way to run the vac line so it doesn't get pinched by the tilt column. Thanks for the info on fuse 29. I read another post that someone used that to tap into.

I was just going to drill a small hole in the top cover of the steering column, it pops right off and it will be covered anway with the pod. And of course the wires are no where near long enough, it's always something

The top cover of the steering column. I don't want to see the wires or the vac line coming out the back of the pod

Pics when I install it sometime today

Finished the install pretty simple. Tapped into fuse 37, drilled small hole in column cover with grommet, ran vac line through firewall with grommet.

Yes that's why it takes me longer to wire stuff up like it to look as clean as possible. I like the guage at the angle

yes mine does have flutter also, I read your write up, that's what I went by for fuse tap location. It doesn't flutter initially, take a few minutes for it to happen. The T they sent with the guage had a small brass ferrul in it so I'm assuming that would stop the flutter. But of course it's too small for that vac location

The lines just near the brake booster near the firewall?

Yea don't have that on mine

Well figured out how to stop the flutter. Took it apart after reading some other older threads saying the hard plastic wasn't sealing. So I took large heat shrink tubing and put it so it covered part of the T and the hose, then clamped it, no flutter.
Just an FYI
