Is SCT 93 tune a good reliable everyday tune with mods?

I run the sct 93 tune in my truck. I have an afe stage 2 intake. And did just have a 4 inch straight pipe on it. Recently installed downpipes. I am averaging 15.3 combined mpg. Allot of city driving included. Recently took a 250 mile with all highway driving at 75mph and averaged 19.5 whole trip. And i have a screw with 6.5'bed and an extra 400 lbs in bumpers

Just installed 93 tune.
Wow what a difference.
Now does this tune increase boost?
If so how much?
I have a heavy foot and don't want a time that will harm my engine with those mods in anyway.

Yeap Im sure that truck is running good.. Wonder if we can put some E85 and turning the timing up some more.. I know on my Talon I run straight e85 with about 21 degrees of timing and 35 psi.. no detonation.
Im not sure if the ecoboost will respond the same it should. The fuel system may be limiting factor.
