Should 20" Rims reduce gas mileage?

What I want to know is if someone has weighed, say, a stock 18" wheel and tire vs. a stock 20" wheel and tire. Rubber weighs quite a bit so I wonder how much less rubber offsets the increase in aluminum. :confused:
