I thought the 11-12 use BW K03 51mm?

the 13s are a different size. Maybe my googling is wrong.

Yeah, I'm in the tiny turbo group too. I think our support group meets every other Thursday at 5 for those insecure about missing 3mm.

Guess I'm going to have to invest in a 10 inch lift to compensate for my turbo's short comings.
Don't sound like it's the truck that has short comings....

Way ahead of you.. lol 😂 so forgive my ignorance. You guys are saying they are 48mm? How big are each turbo on a 2020 in mm?
48mm is the exducer which does not tell you much about how much air they can flow. You wanna know the inducer size.

2013 to 2016 3.5L was a 36.8mm inducer I believe.

2018+ 3.5L was a ~41mm(maybe 40.8?) inducer.

The 2018+ 3.5's have significantly larger turbos and can make a lot more power before needing to upgrade.

The 2.7 turbos are smaller than the 2013 3.5's.

So this was interesting, but out of curiosity do you know offhand what the inducer size is on an 11-12?

Thank you sir! I appreciate the info! I just got a 2020 F-150 XLT 4x4 with the 3.5 liter TT motor and a 6 inch lift kit with 12.5x 35 tires on 20 inch rims and I have to say Im pretty darn happy! Its tows my 22 ft Mako quite well, Funny Story we all know parking a ford 150 is like parking a battle ship (not much turn radius) and when you are towing something its twice as hard. I pulled of the road near Galveston Tx, on a fishing trip and unknowingly turned down a road ( traffic and construction) where I could not turn around or back up very well and I ended up having to going about 50 yards (towing the boat and in 4x4 mode) through a deceptively muddy little field and it threw mud EVERYWHERE but it made it through quite nice towing the boat as well! I was really surprised and lucky! The new ones are light though, so be aware but so far (I know its brand new) but no issue except for the back up camera (they recalled it) already. :cautious:
