Someone is going to suggest that you drill a 1/16" hole in the low point of your Intercooler, or at least remove the Intercooler and drain the condensation/junk out of the bottom of it.

What you describe is the combustion chamber ingesting that nasty liquid when you go WOT.

You may need new plugs again after draining it?
The tiny little hole will keep it drained.

I assure you that there are MANY Gen1 Ecoboost F150's on this forum that experienced exactly what you described and solved it by fresh plugs and removing the liquid collected in the Intercooler.

It's a relatively easy procedure. And co$t $0
