Anyone having problems with there front brakes on a 2019 ford 150 stx. I just changed my brakes at 120,000 and my captures fell apart

I had to replace both of them on the front have never seen anything like that before if y’all have any ideas why it happen or how please share with me.
You’re bound to have heard some noises for a while, right? Pads worn down? Did anyone use a hammer to install the last set of brakes?
I used a tool from Autozone to put new pads on then there was some squeak telling me to change brake pads again but my pads was only 50% when I changed them. The capliers felt like concrete
