Upfitter installed except I broke the little pin I need to add to the BCM connector. Just went to AutoZone and grabbed a little box of assorted pins…
Also needed a couple of copper lugs to splice the relay box power cable to connect to the mega fuse box.
Nothing was easy today. I’m tired.

Added the 200A mega fuse to the relay box power cable. Had to chop the cable and add the lugs and mount the fuse box to the battery box. I did not connect to the positive post yet as I waiting now for a new lead for the connection to the passenger footwell fuse box.

I have this on order already! They didn’t have any at the auto parts store so I had to order some. Didn’t want to wait so I used old fashioned electrical tape until it arrives. Looks similar to what you recommended.

Quick follow up on the wrong headlight assembly being sent to me. I called Fairway Ford Parts, and after explaining that I had requested a driver side assembly, but failed to cross check the online cart to see another passenger side assembly was in it, I needed their help. After briefly reviewing my order history, they came back and said a Return Label was being sent to my email, a new driver side assembly will be sent to me this week and as soon as the passenger side return is in their possession, I will be getting a $21 refund for the difference in price.
This is great customer service and one of the reasons I stick to buying from Fairway Ford online.

I completed the final pigtail wire going to the BCM spot #23 and added the under-hood relay box mount - drilled in with a drill-tap and did not drill into anything behind it or through the exterior of the fender (thank you @GearHead_1). Now - I need to find something to add to the 6 new OH switches...

SVE Q-252 2017 and Later F-Series Super Duty Upfitter Switches PDF.

Adding here for future reference.
Since I used the Super Duty Upfitter Relay box and harness (also from the Raptor, I think?) I am posting this nice little PDF which has details on the relay box's wiring, wire colors, Circuits, fuse numbers and ratings as well as wiring diagrams. Also shows you how to configure Upfitter switches 5 and 6 to be hot at all times.

Note - any Upfitter discussions on Super Duty pass-through wires located around the passenger foot / fuse box area are not covered in this PDF. Those wires are not connected to the Upfitter Relay harness. They are, as named, just short wires passing through the firewall. And, as I have read, they are incredibly short and impossible to reach to add wiring to. These pass-through wires are not found on F150's.

Installed the driver side headlight assembly today. Last time I tried, I found after raking the grill off that I was sent the passenger side assembly (again). This time all was A-ok. I’m getting very, very adept at taking the grill off and swapping out headlight units.

We have plenty.

Used the feature once in first week of ownership on some trails to christen the purchase.

Worked really well, impressively consistent actually. Good for freeing Up your legs for bracing yourself while you dangle from the seatbelt 😆.

But I don’t think I’ve used it again since; granted I’ve also never attempted anything as gnarly since then either.

Ha! I was thinking to use it on a steep, hilly roadway around here. Maybe a long hilly driveway. I may have to make a foray off road after all.

FYI - attention racers and folks really worried about weight…
The H6 Motorcraft battery comes in at 47 lbs.
The H7 Walmart battery is about 52 lbs (maybe slightly more with the extra label added on top).

The next owner of your truck might be very confused if they ever look at the window sticker.

But after confusion wears off, they should be quite happy.
