I took delivery May 31 three days later I had issues with the Sirius did a factory reset to fix the problem no issue since till this week. Yesterday start the truck headed to hospital for wife's preop only am/FM no heater or ac controls working. Try a soft reboot try turning truck on and off nothing. We drive about 3 km and the heater comes on set to 38.9c its 32c outside. The controls work again drive another 5 km and the GPS and the nav start to work.
I call the dealer they say they have never heard of this happenibg before. It goes in Wednesday to see what's wrong. Today it does the exact same thing only good thing it was chilly at 7:30am headed to the hospital for my wife's surgery. I'm really not impressed with this happening to a new vehicle.

It's a 2019 picked it up May 31. Nothing was plugged into the usb slots. I've not gone outside to start it today. The system is up todate

Follow up; I had the truck into the dealer and the problem was the last update. The update was started but crashed 1/2 way through this is the second vehicle the dealer has seen with this problem. They connected it to there computer and 20 minutes later the update was corrected and things are working normal so far.
