Hello,

I have a 2013 EB with 5000 miles. Turned off the truck for 5 min and when I turned it back on an error message popped up and said "invalid sd card" Tried taking the sd card out and re-inserting it but nothing happen. Now my Navigation is not working nor is the usb port that I plug my phone into. Has anyone had an issue like this before? Thanks in advance.

Yes, the media hub has died. Had mine die on me several months back. Factory replaced it, no issues since.
