I agree he's got low 13's all day, I don't think he's got 12's but could be wrong. Bayou needs to glory run it, strip it down, I stripped mine the first time I was goons go this year but my truck broke and didn't go, I weighed everything after taking it off. Wish I would of done it when I ran the 13.17 but it was last minute decision.
Tonneau cover- 22lbs
Tools- 76 lbs
Bed mat- 44 lbs
Under seat storage with crap- 33lbs
Car seat 20lbs
Jack- 13 lbs
Spare tire- 81lbs
That's 289lbs I wouldn't of had on my run.
Could of been in the 12's I think????

Some racers at my track told me the tailgate down slows you down, I ran a 13.62 on my run with the gate down and a 13.50 with gate up last fall before all the mods. Who knows if it's true or not, same 60' on both too.

I ran 13.40s with it down one Sunday. . Next time 13.50s with it up lol I have no idea if it works or not.

Yeah me neither, If I didn't have the back up camera in there I would take it off, I may try a glory run soon and rip it all out, back seat, tailgate, all of it. Strip that ***** down to nothing and try and get 12's. Lol

Back up camera is what stop me from taking off tail gate. I didn't feel like fighting with the gourmet.

The real secret is folding in the mirrors I learned that from the 03 Cobra guys. Drops .10 I always run tailgate down.
