I have had a 2011 3.5L for a little over a year with no troubles. Recently I got a P000216 code as I was listening to a raspy, fluttering sound coming from the passenger side of the engine. Took it to the shop where they replaced a sensor. That worked for a few days. Then it threw a P0234 code. I inspected the turbochargers while waiting to get it back in the shop and noticed something I thought to be strange with the lines leading into the wastegate diaphragm. On the end that connects to the tee adjacent to the turbocharger wastegate regulating valve solenoid, I could pull the lines off with the smallest amount of force. I think if it wasn't connected at the other end gravity would pull the lines off. None of the other vacuum lines were anywhere near that easy to pull off. Is this normal? The plastic tee looked suspiciously clean like it had been replaced recently. Maybe a wrong size? There were no clamps on the lines nor did I see any markings on the hoses like they had ever been clamped. Thank you in advance for any light you can shed on my situation.

When in doubt, replace. Especially cheap stuff like that, that can make or break how the truck runs.

How did this come turn out for you? I am having the same issue on my 2011, P0234 and P2098 codes. I replaced the driver top 02 sensor and the wastegate, the CEL was off for a few days and then came back on with the same two codes.
