That I wasn't going to keep it long enough to hit 100,000 miles.

This is now true for my 2016, 2018.
I do still have my 2012.
And I have no interest in moving on from my 2022. It's my favorite truck of all time.

But I now know better than to say never.

The annoying "features" included, e.g., horn honks when closing door with engine running, transmission going into park if you open the door, back seat reminder, navigation that requires a paid subscription, etc.
The double Honk you can get rid of. (My FIRST modification of the brand new truck)

Seat belt on, you can open the door and the shifter shouldn't move. (I check the mailbox with an open door. Had to learn this one myself)

Back seat reminder can be deactivated. But it will return after some OTA updates and you have to deactivate it again.

Navigation..... Yeah, if you want all the features in the native Navigation, that's a subscription. Carplay/Android Auto are the alternatives. I personally prefer Sync4 over Android Auto most of the time. (not always) So Ford has me right where they want me on that revenue stream. 🙄🤣

Took 2 weeks short of a year to get out of it and into my comfort color. Brown.
Just like I like my boots, hats, and belts.

But it was beautiful. I admit
