I have a 2011 F150 Platinum with 116k miles. I replaced the spark plugs with oem plugs due to a little bit of shuddering that everyone talks about. I still feel a little here and there particularly when I start the truck in the morning. Should I replace the coils too? I don't think any of them are bad but although a bit pricey it seems like I should do it now considering the miles on the truck.

These trucks all seem to run a bit rough at start up. I would just make sure you clean your MAP sensors. If you dont have any other driveability issues I think you are safe to hold off.

Coils are not a maintenance item. However, when you replaced the spark plugs you should have replaced the coil boots. Running rough on cold start is normally related to condensation in the intake sytem (intercooler).
