White smoke with start up.

There were some early 2.7's (2016 models?) that started drinking a bit of coolant and Ford quickly replaced the longblocks.

We still have 2 of them in the family fleet and have not experienced that issue. But they both, along with the 3.5's, can create a little cloud at coldstart, depending on the weather.

Good video.
I've seen better and I've seen worse.
Like mentioned previously, just stay on top of your coolant and if there's no sign of it ingesting your onboard inventory, I'd not worry.

It stops after it reaches operating Temps?
And it doesn't do it on warm starts either?
