Hey guys. New to the thread. I have a 2015 2.7l EcoBoost extended cab 4wd. Everything is stock except 20” wheels, 33” toyo at’s, and 5 star tuning with 6 custom tunes (91 oct perf, 91 oct perf/tow, 93 oct perf, 93 oct/perf tow,and 91 and 93 oct mpg improvement). I tested out the tunes when I first got them, but otherwise have not drove the truck hard. I recently returned to Indiana from Wyoming and noticed that even with 65 degree weather, I get a noticeable amount of white smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe with a cold start. I’ve read online through the forums and some say that it’s just condensation build up in the exhaust, and others state it’s a small leak in the turbo seal. I will say it seems like the longer I let it sit (2 days) the bigger the cloud of smoke. I don’t have much mechanical background and I’m not sure if I should take it in to ford as some people say this is “normal.” Could the tune have caused this problem? Should I be concerned? I can add a video if I need to.
