I wouldn’t mod anything on it. Very tempting but they did a REALLY good job. Any claims from the aftermarket are from those looking to make money ;)

Pick up a J2534 Device and FDRS license. That is all you really need. Mongoose makes a nice USB unit. Keeping the modules up to date is a biggy.

I don't know how he's getting it to look blue all over like that. That's one of the 4 colors that look black until direct sunlight hits it. Although with fishing sunglasses you can see the color come through better.
Did he have Costas on his camera lens? :)

Can't say that I blame you, that's one nice looking truck! Personally not a fan of so much chrome, but it does seem to break up the sheer size of it pretty well.

Many enthusiasts pick up this adapter to use with FDRS. It actually works very well. It is a bit costly. You can then pay for a 2 day license ( 50$) and update everything.

Well, so the F150 Forscan Tool / OBII Adapter will not work for the F250.....that's too bad
At least I found the Sport Mode!-lol

I'm definitely going to be hooking Forscan up to Big Blue......once you have Bambi Mode you cant go back!-lol
I'm Jones-ing to tune this rig....but I promised the wife?
Remember I've NEVER not modded any of my vehicles......but I'll hold off until the 5yr 100k factory warranty expires.
I still haven't sold my 14` yet...which is weird.
Just drove it for the first time since 5-18-22.....man what a GREAT truck, even on the stock tune!
I miss driving it for sure.
I dont know why Fird didn't add electric assist to the F250 steering?
Its definitely firmer turning the wheel...
@SrpRacing ....what should I gap the plugs?-lol > ohh that's right, I dont have to tinker with that
Had to take the WDH off the F250 as the frickin backup alarm will NOT stop until you manually shut it down!
I believe I'm going to remove the Loadlifter 5000's off the Boost and add it to Big Blue> just because well to have them if needed.
Well....did I say I miss this Forum too-lol

The other day I took the tape measure out and measured the distance from the ground to the bottom of the Boost's hitch with 45-50#'s psi and the F250 w/ Camper Package....and they were similiar?!
In theory the F250 will squat and be level just as the F150 was with WDH
Thought that was pretty cool....

Catch can?

Im serious. A catch can might be a good idea to keep the oil from mixing with the egr soot. A Provent seems to be the go-to in the diesel world.

Those mirrors are in the wrong position. The Super Duty is is a towing beast and the mirrors need to be extended for that :)

In truth, I loved driving my Boost. I actually hate driving my Super Duty, if it isn't towing the fifth wheel. It's just a PITA without a trailer behind it. We pretty much bought another SUV to drive when not towing. U Turns are a thing of the past. Whipping in and out of lanes or parking lots doesn't happen easily. Even backing the trailer requires a lot more effort than it should with the slow steering response.

The 150 was a sports car. The F350 is a behemoth made for towing. If I didn't need to have a Super Duty, I would be in 3.5 turbo again.

And, those upfitter switches run my high mount camera (switch between tailgate and bed), RV rear camera, and Cell booster.

PS Start looking for your first oil change, oil and filter supplies now, unless you are going to pay to have it done. No, I am not kidding.
