Nah bro, get the bilstein kit. 2009-2013 F150 4WD Bilstein 5100 Adjustable Shock Kit 09F1504WD

I also put in 1.5in AALs in the rear, but you could do blocks instead. Also, you don't need new shocks in the rear w/ a 1in block.

They're stiffer than stock. So much better handling, yes, comfort not exactly. Drives more like a truck than the 80's caddy/boat on wheels feel of stock. I also have E-Rated tires though, so it's closer to an F-250 feel than the stock 150. I'm 110% satisfied with that though.

I just put that kit on mine and wow! What a difference. I will say the install was a bit tough on me,I had to take the front struts and have them pressed.
