Just choose FX2 or FX4 and make it a regular cab and it automatically creates a Tremor.
$38K for FX2 base and $42K for FX4 base as a Tremor

Got it through Exchange New Car Sales (ENCS). Its a program for military members who are deployed. They have programs with Ford, Harley, Chrysler and a few others. I'm in Afghanistan right now so I qualify.
