Post em, let’s see what you got.
Last thread like this was a little while back.

My personal best so far is 4.59 0-60 and 12.81 @ 106 1/4 mile

Maybe my wording, I just wonder why use the conversions when a direct Boost PSI reading is available? Specificly referencing my SCT GTX and BDX,

Or have I been wrong all this time? I can set it to read MAP and turbo inlet (baro), but why, when I have a direct readout of boost? KM

I have heard arguments that vacum can not be expressed in negative PSI. Which misses the whole point that conversion is fairly easy to inches of mercury mathematically. I only have used SCT devices and the Live Link program for vehicle data. My tuner at BCB , setup both devices with his preferred data points. I got lost looking at the potential list of items logged and displayed. So my setup uses Boost PSI and the graph I posted shows -8 PSI at idle. KM

Just blew my 1/4 mile record out of the water. Yes it was on a slight downhill slope but I’ve noticed the truck isn’t any faster on a slight decline versus flat. If anything flat is usually a tad faster for some reason. Look at that DA! 8745’

Wow it’s cool seeing the old posts and improved times. I’ve only had my truck tuned for 2 months and looking at draggy history is interesting. I was happy when I got into the 12s and below 4.5 0-60 now I’m at 12.02 and frothing to break the barrier of 11s and all my 0-60s are under 3.99.

I wish you a perfect launch and a tailwind just light enough to still allow a qualifying time. More importantly, a truck that stays together and goes long and straight and is in one piece when it comes to a stop.

before I put that tune away for good.
As soon as you say it’s put away, I’m gonna start a pool on when it comes back out. 🤠

Best of success on the track!🏎

My 2019 RCSB 2.7. The Dragy pass and the follow up drag strip visit. This is in complete street trim. No weight reduction, 34+ psi in the street tires, 3/4 tank of fuel, and ZERO weight reduction. The wheel hop is pretty severe. I just bought adjustable Viking rear shocks and I'm putting the truck on a serious diet this off season. I think I can shave 300 lbs off of this thing, go back early in the season when the air is better, run with less fuel and more track prep, and dial the suspension in and this time should drop substantially. I'll update the results this spring!

Yeah I saw that the mph had dropped. Could tell you were coasting.

I mean, a solid low 8 second (1/8th) vehicle, daily driven, on pump gas, over 5500 lbs, with 4x4, 15+ mpg, and all the creature comforts is just awesome. I don't mean to sound like an old geezer, but 20-25 years ago, FBO Fox bodies with cam swaps and slicks barely would do that! It's impressive the power these little motors put out!

Yeah it really is man! I grew up around muscle cars myself. Brother and uncle both built them to sell and drag raced about every weekend and I never thought I would see a tune only truck running a 8.2 1/8 with that weight and everything else it has. Makes for a fun daily.

I believe I had some misfire issues on a couple tanks of Boostane, but I don't have any issues with an E20 belnd on a 91 tune.

I know plenty of others have used Boostane without issue, I have no idea the rhyme/reason, but might see if straight 93 resolves issue, or 93 with a little E85.

Spare, seats, subs, amps, jack, loose stuff under the rear seat, in center console, and glove box, floor mats, bed liner. Experiment with lowering the tire pressure a bit for launches. Run it low on fuel (1/8-1/4 tank) and take full cans with you. Easily under 12.

Updated my tune, Mike at MPT has taken a liking to my mostly stock 3.5, cvf titan intercooler, K&n intake, turbo smart blow off valve and 91 prx MPT tune. On my 7th version. Verified Draggy slightly up hill I data logged an 11.98 1/4 mile 3.77 0-60 1.76 60ft.

Also on tires the truck came with on my 4x4 screw cab. No limited slip yet and fully intact interior with sound system. Detroit trutrack and some exhaust work coming next along with cvf charge pipes and moshimoto Tstat. Entering drag races in 10 days hopefully.
