10R80 Transmission has delayed shifting

I have a 2020 F-150 10r80 transmission with 115,000miles it just started lunging in O/D, also taking off now it has delayed shifting in almost every gear, I topped off the Transmission fluid and still has the same issue. I serviced the transmission at 75,000 miles with new filter and fluid. Any ideas?

Try clearing adaptive learning tables or could disable adaptive tables. Halt learning.

Thanks, I have heard about this Adaptive Learning deal, however the verdict is The Torque Converter has failed, They are replacing it now!

CDF drum. Time for a rebuild. I'm convinced they will all fail eventually. Your symptoms are pretty advanced.

Thanks Sir, it was the Torque Converter that failed, They didn't say anything about the CDF Drum! Since I'm paying out of pocket surely they would have said it was bad too.
