I have a 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost with 145,000 miles on it. Was having slight issue with the occasional misfire around 135,000 miles. And changed the spark plugs. Didn’t change but wasn’t having the issue unless under load and rare at that. Past week noticed what I think is an exhaust leak and then the misfire started getting worse. So changed the coils to where I drove about 100 miles trouble free. Now misfiring and backfiring so bad can’t drive. Now I am getting CEL codes( P2198 P2196 P2096 P2270) all are o2 sensor faults. Some saying too rich some too lean. Anyone have this issue. Now how to fix or where to start? I attached a video that has the same sound my truck is making.

I’m 99% sure it’s a driver side manifold leak.
I put the old coils in and the misfire is still present but not nearly as bad. Hooked the truck up to ford IDS and getting an o2 sensor stuck with out running the truck. Gonna change that out and go from there

So today replaced the o2 sensors. Reset the engine codes. Drive for about 20 -30 mins. No new codes or returning codes. But misfire/after fire still persists. Have the shop scheduled to fix the exhuast manifold leak in a week. Maybe this will fix air to fuel ratio? Not sure what else to do
