2013 F150 Ecoboost power cable to nowhere?

I've owned my 2013 F150 Ecoboost for a couple of months now. 66,669 miles on it. I just got the dreaded "Hill Decent Control Fault / Service Advantrac" error and the blinkers aren't working right. I popped the hood to check the fuses and found this cable just sitting on a hose by the battery. Anyone know what it is?

Thanks to anyone who can solve this mystery.

Power wire, possibly for somebody's aftermarket audio equipment.

Thanks for the replies. I'm working on the truck this weekend. I'll trace back that cable and go over what I have to deal with. I'm also going to get a new battery for the winter, new tires, etc.

Mikedick77, I checked out the fuse area and mine looks solid. I cannot believe someone would solder a blown fuse like that! WTF!

FWIW, I'm loving my truck! Yeah, there's issues here and there but nothing like the Dodges my wife is loyal to. Pick your battles I guess.
