Welcome. People pay good money for that change, congrats!

Any idea if the sound seems to come from in front of the driver seat, or behind it?

Is the sound like a high pitched squeal or more like a lower tone warble?

Not sure there is batting in the OEM muffler to get worn out or ejected, so maybe its the Catalytic Converter? If you tap on the cats with a hammer, does it sound like there are loose things inside it?

Guess I'm not sure which characteristics of a Raptor it now resembles.

bgriffin, welcome to F150 Ecoboost.

A likely source of noisy Ecoboost exhaust is the flex connection before the muffler. These regularly break. An easy fix is to weld in a piece of pipe to replace the flex section. I've been using a cat-back system without a resonator or flex section since 2017. KM
