So I researched a bunch and watched videos, my sound is identical.
I’m not overly worried, this is why we have warranty and I bought prepaid maintenance.
But the sound is annoying and concerning a bit, doesn’t seem to affect vehicle performance though.
So who else is suffering from this?
Happens on cold start, blip the throttle gently and the you can hear chatter/flutter (it’s not the bov). When the truck is leaving a stop and you let off the throttle you can hear the chatter as well when the engine loads down.
Some things I have read lead to to replacing the cam phasers, or getting the latest ford pcm flash for the truck to fix the current tune.
