Best Aftermarket/Extended Warranty for High Mileage Vehicle???

I received a quote (from an aftermarket vendor) for $3480 for a 60 month/100,000 mile extended warranty. My vehicle currently has 126,000 miles on it and I have decided to keep it. I use my truck a lot, so this would basically cost me $870 per year (since I will reach the 100,000 mile mark in 48 months). So, I am looking for any advice on which vendors offer the best coverage/price/customer service etc.

Any insight or practical experience is appreciated.

I have a ASG platinum warranty from the credit union I bank with. My truck is covered bumper to bumper for 5/100,000 miles for 4000ish. Best thing I ever bought for the truck no deductible and only thing is it must be fixed at a Ford dealership with Ford parts!
