Codes P0096 / P0580 / U0422

So my 2018 2.7 has started throwing these three codes. I'm running a 93 octane tune, and removed the shutter blades in front of the intercooler. P0096 is "IAT sensor 2 circuit range / perf bank 1", P0580 is "active grill air shutter B position sensor min/max", and U0422 is "invalid data rec'd from body control module".

I read these codes then cleared them, then they popped up again, so I started writing down the mileage when they triggered the CEL: 21,068 / 21,155 / 21,211 / 21,396 / 21,550. I'm okay with P0096, that one's probably getting tripped because I removed the intercooler shutter blades when I upgraded the intercooler. I removed just the blades, left the brackets and motor and everything alone. But I have no idea what's going on with the other two codes. I reconnected the auto stop/start bypass several weeks ago, so that feature is back to OEM, which may or may not have something to do with U0422. I flashed the ECU back to stock at 21,550 miles, and will see if the codes trip again. If they don't, I'll contact the tuner and see if they can adjust the tune so it doesn't trigger the P0096 code.

Anyone have any ideas on codes P0096 and U0422?

This was interesting...went to start the truck yesterday, and the CEL came on (21,611 miles). Ran the codes, and the U0422 code was gone. I'm wondering if flashing back to the stock tune made this one go away? The other two P codes were still there, so I cleared them. Guess we'll see how many miles go by before the CEL comes on again, and what codes are triggering it.

So here's the latest in this saga. Since it didn't appear to make a difference whether I was running the stock tune or the 93 octane tune (with the exception as noted above), I decided to reload the 93 octane tune. I was looking at the tuner, and when it asked if I wanted to check for updates, I said "yes". Low and behold, there were 49 files to update for my tunes. After they were uploaded, I reloaded the 93 octane tune, and so far no more CEL light or codes. So I guess the moral of the story is, if you're tuned and start throwing codes, check to see if there are any file updates, and reload. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will solve my issue. I've put enough miles on the truck since reloading the updated tune that it would've thrown the codes like before, so there's hope...
