Is there a way to get the Ford service history showing what was done to truck in past? I have a carfax that shows many visits to the dealer but comment is "engine serviced" I'd like to know the specifics.

Call your local, friendly Ford Service department - or better yet, drive down there with a dozen donuts and ask the Service Manager to kindly pull the history for you. If a Ford house did the work, they can pull it up.
