This might sound completely ridiculous but why not do that in plasti dip? Simple lines and if you don't like how it turns out you could always pull it off.
Honestly for me it isn't a matter of laziness but the 3M material is nicer and lasts longer than plasti dip.

I wouldn't mind doing this either...would be a lot easier to decide if I could figure out how to find a price and shopping cart on their website.

Fair enough! I wasn't calling you lazy haha, sorry if that's what I implied!
NoNo I understand what you meant, just wanted to clarify because I acknowledge that you are right about plasti dip being a little easier and cheaper

I contacted the Ford Custom Graphics website at 3MOriginalWraps@mmm.com. They put me in contact with their local rep.

Bought that same graphic from them and thought I could put it on myself….bad idea, a waste of $150.00.
So I called them back at least 10 times to order another hood graphic but have never gotten a response back, fact is you can’t even order from their website anymore, I think they are out of business.
Also I have used plasti dip on my wheels, emblems and grille with perfect results but when I tried using the plasti dip on my hood it came out all messed up. I’m not sure why but I’m thinking it was the angle of the spray when it was hitting the hood. I’m at the point where I am going to take the truck into a body shop and have them paint it matte black and be done with it…..
