IAT sensor and Meth

I recently purchased a 2011 EB truck and I'm starting to strategize on what mods to do when, and in what order. I'm seriously thinking about adding a meth kit to avoid/fix any valve coking issues (and have a little performance gain while I'm at it). I'm having a little trouble finding where the IAT sensor is, and I'm getting conflicting info on whether it's right past the airbox or somewhere further down the line...

If it IS at the airbox, how would the computer accurately compensate for the temperature drop from the Methanol? Do custom tunes basically make the computer think the temp is X° less than it actually is?

Appreciate the help!

Thanks for the info yall. I knew about the MAP sensor in the manifold because it keeps getting oil/gunk on it (installing the Mcnally catch can tomorrow). I didn't realize it was a temp sensor as well.

Next thought/question - the IAT2 in the manifold is really stained/gunked compared to the one at the airbox and the one in the charge pipe. I've been using CRC MAF cleaner on it from time to time and I really notice a difference in idle/throttle response when it's clean. Is that something people replace to keep performance up or should I leave it after getting the can installed?

Hmmm - I misspoke in the air box. I know there's one after the air box not in it (I was generalizing). I may have to take pics - there is a sensor before the TB and one in the top of the manifold. When you remove them they look exactly the same but have different part numbers.
