I'm about to install my off road down pipe and cat back, and I've asked for a custom tune for 93. In my life (50+ cars), I've only owned 3 cars that required 93 octane (Lexus GS, Lexus LS, and my 68 bronco because of compression - still have it).
I loathe the $15 difference in fill ups btw the two octanes, and since I don't need to daily drive on "kill", I'm wondering how much power I would leave on the table if I went with an 87 octane tune vs the 93?
I have 3.73's (max tow), SCREW SB, KR, 2013
