I have 285/65/20 K02's on the stock 20" PVD Lariat wheels, with a Boss Coilover up front set at 2", Boss rear shocks, and replaced the stock block with a 2.5" block. No rubbing, no trimming required anywhere. Rides very close to stock with just a touch more "firmness", but not harsh. Definitely feels bigger, and you feel it mostly while braking; it requires a little more stop time with all that rubber.

Im running 275/65r20's and upgraded to powerstop z36 pads and rotors and they made a huge different. Something to think about anyway!

Did you change anything else, or just tire size? How heavy is your TT? Any affect on towing your TT? Thanks!
I didn't want any negative effects due to a larger size, so I did not change tire size. I went to KO2's, but went with the exact same stock size instead of going a little bigger. All stock with PowerStop Z36 pads and rotors. My TT is usually about 6,500lbs loaded to go.

Does the lift itself cause any issues with towing in general, like more strain on engine/tranny/etc? My TT loaded is around 9,500lbs loaded. I'd love to go with a nice lift and the KO2's.

Bigger tires will lower your effective gear ratio for towing and will actually lower your tow capacity. The lift will only make your mpgs go down. You still have to tow the trailer level so you would need more drop on your WDH head. And at 9500lb loaded you're already pushing the limits of this truck.

looks sweet, do you have any leveling kit/coilovers on this truck or is it stock? I have the same truck but with the sport/body colored bumpers. Wanting to throw some fox or BOSS coilovers and possible rear shocks to get the front end up 2-2.5". Keep the stock rims and go with 285/75/18 or possible 285/65/18's that you have here. Ideally I'd want to go the 35" tires but stock rims wont allow for anything much wider than 285 really.
