Alright Mr. Brown. The garage is close enough to get started. Tomorrow is some last bits of painting and then washing up the truck before I tear into it.

Tore down the dividing wall Added a fold down work Bench, solid work bench, painted ceiling and walls off-white, put up rack wall, LED 4ft wrap around lights, replaced Sink and wall cabinets. Took a solid week to get to this point.

Now I feel like I can make use of the space!

Very close to ready to pull. Just fuel lines and checking some harness to make sure it will come with the motor or stay in the truck.

Pulled all the exhaust, motor mounts, bellhousing bolts, TC bolts, starter, motor mounts, etc.

All ready to pull out. I messed around today cleaning up tools and such.

I figured it will be easier to pull if I have the front end as low as possible,
So I dropped it on jack stands.

I will have a extra set of hands tomorrow to help and make sure it comes out as easy as possible and to help pop off the hood.

Looks like the new motor is slated for delivery on Thursday.

Today's Prep is to get the OEM parts ordered up that will be needed for the swap. Gaskets, fasteners, fittings, etc.

I pulled the trigger on a set of CRP manifolds. The ported ones I have will need to be re-coated before re-install and I just don't have the time to get them done. So I'll probably put them up for sale sometime.

Also bought a set of Icon upper control arms while they were on for a great price. If any CDN folks are looking for a deal, hit up 4wheelparts. They beat the Stage3 price (exchange and duty are the big hits) by a $100.

That torque convertor sure is easy to access right now....

Yes sir! That is the main reason I decided to do the Circle D converter now. Getting those two top transmission housing bolts out is not going to be fun when I eventually have to pull the transmission.

Found a CRAZY local Craigslist deal on a Spicer rear diff cover, $75 brand new in the box. Couldn't pass it up!

Ordered Amsoil Break-in Oil and front/rear Diff fluid (different weights between the diffs).

When I place the parts order, I'll also get Mercon LV and SF for the transfercase. So I'll do all the fluids at the same time.

Moog Bushings ordered for the front sway bar. Hopefully it will tighten it up a bit.

I didn't know spicer made a cover. I looked it up....so the Ford performance cover is just a rebranded spicer cover lol.

The only fluid in my truck not amsoil is the coolant. Running 75-90 in the front and 140 in the rear.
