Gloss coat is the only one I've tried so far, seems to do as advertised. Been about 2 years now on my older explorer and still holding up, not as good as first applied though. I usually dry with Opti-Seal so I assume that helps it out a bit. Recently tried their new Hyper-Seal on an uncoated Jeep GC and its insanely fun as a drying aid and added a glassy wet shine.

I've been secretly racing to finish my truck before yours but you've got a lot more momentum then me. Very similar set ups I'm curious to compare data and results

I've used a few other coatings, but not many. If this one lasts, it will be at the top of the list.

I was thinking about doing Speed seal on the windows.

I wonder how your PCM got fried?!?! That would be a bummer.

Fingers crossed that I'm going for a cruise on Xmas with it. I gotta hit the road again for a few days, so not much will happen till this weekend, then it I'll be going full throttle!

PCM failure in 2011-2012 is typically linked with a bad/faulty/broken/whatever you want to call it, but it is a bad coil driver (maybe not actually a driver but whatever it is, it is what provides the power and coil info, which is breaking lose internally on 11-12 ecu’s. Have 8 cases not allcustomers Broell is number 3-4 I think

I do need to get a update together later today.

Worked last night to get all the coolant lines and Wastgates set up.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to drop in the motor tomorrow!

What's going on with this forum lately? The most recent post I can see is the paint correction post from 12-14-2018.

I can see everything now. Not sure if it's because I was quoted or what. Definitely strange behavior for the forum software. Sorry for the thread jack OP.

Once my post goes over a certain number of characters in Tapatalk the post content goes blank. It still contains the words, and I can continue typing carefully and it retains the information if I click submit. I just can't see what I'm writing. Lol. It's been that way a week or so now. When I quote something I'm just about guaranteed to be typing blind.

Baaaaaaaaaaa

What were instruction provided for break in? IN the other thread they were holding revs (which is common).

What injectors and HPFP are you using?
